I’ve just been contacted by the organizers of Winter Wings Festival to stand in for another presenter that had to cancel at the last minute. I’ll be giving a 2 hour hands on class on Raw vs Jpg along with my workflow from capture to print using Lightroom 4 on Saturday Feb. 16 and leading a field workshop on Sunday Feb 17th. Winter Wings Festival in Klamath Falls Oregon is a great event focusing on Birds and Photography.
One of the main attractions are the Bald Eagles. There are a couple of events to watch them fly out form their nighttime roost and lots of opportunities to find them at several locations along the refuge routes.
Large flocks of snow geese, canada geese, and ducks, along with birds of prey, coyotes, and deer will give us opportunities to improve our wildlife photography techniques.
